  1. Don't you mean Cliff?

edit- nope. Cliff was the best bassist. I've listened to one song performed by Jason on bass

  2. Jason is a good bassist, his work with Flotsam and Jetsam is great.  Lars and James just didn't give him any creativity freedom.  Just listen to ..And Justice for All.  The mixed it so the Bass lines are pretty much non-existent.

Pretty much after Cliff died, James/Lars had no trust in Jason...he was always the outsider while he was with the band.

  3. I think some people would say Metallica's best days were with Cliff. Most Metallica fan would say Ride the Lightning or Master of Puppets was their best album. Though they were most popular with Jason they lost their edge with him. After Jason took even more edge away. James sobered up. The guys are aging. It's a combination of stuff...

  4. In my opinion its because with Robert they sound like Suicidallica

not Metallica. Plus I miss that red head handbanging the new guy scares me.

  5. I don't know

  6. cause robert is a horrible choice for bassist for metallica..i used to be a huge fan of them and then they hired robert..i have never liked his playing even with suicidla tendencies....plus his whole stance he plays in....i call it the monkey dance...If they dont want jason they should have gotten Mike inez he was a much better fit than robert
