Why the h**l hasnt someone whacked this ***** yet? Shes trying to save the planet my ***! She might want to save the planet but she secretly met with syrian terrorist groups to stop supplies going to our troops in afganistan. not only is she a treasonist old bag shes a **** that wont let the american people get cheaper gas. its all politics, its all about the election, its all about money and power and the american people have to suffer, i just dont understand!

Subwm and the other liberal lemmings who answered give the same, tired, brain-dead rhetoric.  First of all if we drilled today--2 years max until we see a real difference.  But the immediate benefit would be upon the oil speculators and helping driving down the cost of oil.  Unless, as His Majesty Obama said recently "tune up your cars and check your tire pressure"!  What a fool!  And now Pelosi the Savior of Earth literally turns the lights out to stop a vote that she new would pass that supports drillling.  And by the way in addition to Cheney hosting a secret cabal; he was also the man on the grassy knoll with the umbrella.  He is also the inventor of engine that never stops running.  He also murdered Princess Di.

How about you focus your energy on the fact that Cheney had a secrect 'energy conference' way back when and that just maybe what we are seeing now are the fruits of that meeting.  Heaven forbid that the dark lord could control such things.  Funny too that people equate the executive branch lifting of offshore drilling with a drop in the price of gas.  Maybe I've seen too many X-Files but I would bet there is something going on there were the Whitehouse and the Oil companies were in cahoots to make it 'look' that way.  Please, Nancy?  Where were you from 2000-2006 when the Republicans blocked all Democratic efforts in congress?  Oh yeah, you were in your diapers!
