Didn't we like spend 700 million on the last worthless mission there a couple years ago? I mean come on if Ice is there so is water. Get it you lazy liers that have nothing better to do then live free off the governments money. Do something worth a hoot. Like drill for oil there. Stop wasting people's time and money. If your gonna get it done, get it all done in one shot you freaking morons. You all need to go back to college and learn how to do it right before you go wasting Government money.

  1. Because Nasa no longer has a mission.  They are trying to justify their existence and not doing a very good job of it.

Once the Apollo missions were over they were done.  The shuttle program has been a total disaster and never was able to match the soviets cost per ton for delivering material to orbit with a dumb rocket.

We could save a lot of money if we got rid of NASA and NATO.

  2. hahah i agreee wit u.. but drilling oil?? lol that will cost a lot more aint worth it ahhaha

  3. Correction, they have nothing better to do than live free off our money.

  4. There wouldn't be any fossil fuels there unless there was life there.

  5. They'd have to go to Titan to drill for oil. Mars has nothing to offer--except wind storms and dry soil samples.

  6. cause it's your money sucka!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. You don't drill a hole and expect oil to come out of it. Especilaly on Mars. You moron.

  8. eventually we are going to populate and pollute this planet so badly that it will no longer be habitable.  We need to develop our space program in order for humans to survive.  We're going to need somewhere else to live sooner or later, and space travel technology has a long way to go.  We better start working on it now to have the technology ready in time.

Plus, man has always had an intense desire to explore the unknown - push the boundaries.  To expect man to do anything different is unrealistic.

There were tons of people like you in Europe who thought the same way you did hundreds of years ago.  Image if Christopher Columbus had listened to them and never bothered to cross the ocean?

  9. I am sure astronomers know more than you do judging by your question and diction. So calling them morons and speaking like this mission is pointless is pretty ignorant if not just stupid.
