  1. Its not what Simmons said, it how its paid for.

Simmons can, and apparently does, say anything he wants, its the money honey.

  2. Senator Obama would be well advised to explain this as opposed to suppressing it.

  3. I can't imagine that Obama would.  He's a very skilled attorney.  I'm guessing you're leaving something out.

"and we further request that the Department of Justice investigate and prosecute Howard (sic) Simmons for a knowing and willful violation of the individual aggregate contribution limits."

They are claiming that contribution limit laws have been breeched. That's a criminal offense.

  4. Just another intimidation tactic of his that isn't working.

He also tried to use force to keep people from voting for hillary and any republicans around here.

  5. I am disappointed in the demorat.  Rather than embedding a link to your question to some partisan blog site...why not make your point and ask your question out in the open?  So the answer is : I don't know.

The demorat can do better and debate real issues rather than making snarky innuendos.

Otherwise I suspect the demorat is subscribing to just another Karl Rove " fear and smear " activity.

If people reading the demorat's question want 4 more years of Bush, then they ought to vote for McCain.

  6. I sent an email to the ACLU on Friday asking them if they were going to defend this guy's free speech rights against Obama's petty abuse of power.  After all, the ACLU defends all opinions regardless of popularity, right?  Guess what, I've received no response.  Perhaps they are busy working on defending NAMBLA chasing down young boys for a romp in the hay as "free speech".
