Why is Ramadan called the Blessing Month?

my 2nd question, why do some Muslim only get sincere in the month of Ramadan, Shouldn't we be sincere for ever ?

  1. It's probably called the Blessed Month because the amount of blessings Allah showers on us in this month is greater than the amount in any other month (I think).

    And yes, we SHOULD be sincere forever, but at least some people try to be sincere in this month, even if it's only his month. But of course, what we stop now we should stop forever. What we do for Allah now is what we should do everyday. It just gets a bit harder because the Shaytans aren't locked in forever ;)
