He is very unique. Not many people could play Mr. Bean and pull it off.  He is funny before he even says anything.  I said all of that to be fair. Personally I think he's annoying, and not at all funny.

I think that he is such a good actor because he applies himself to all aspects of his characters. He does a great job of actions, acting like the character, and of course voices. With Mr. Bean not only he does that voice but he puts character behind it. He also does great expressions. That's just what I think.
