Why is Rush Lambaugh praising Palin?

For encouraging her daughter to become a mother, but dissed B. Spears Mother for the same thing? If someone other than a republican does it, it's a sin. If a republican does it, they're a saint.

Rush Limbaugh should be in federal prison, he broke  some federal laws.  Oh, just a slap on the wrist and a few days in re hab.  What if you did it...you'd still be sitting in jail. So would I.  I could not care less what that sleezeball has to say. He is a slimy crook.

Because Limbaugh is a shrewd broadcaster who understands that the more listeners he has - no matter what he has to say to keep them listening - the more money he makes.  He was tempted by ethical imperatives once this year, said he was going to stop carrying water for those who didn't deserve it (per the NYTimes) but it seems that hasn't happened.

Limbaugh's partisanship gives him a potential audience of 170 million daily listeners.  That's astute business in the face of ethical failure.  Understand that the guy is an entertainer, not an ideologue, and after the bucks.  Don't let his hypocritical stance get to you.  He's earning a slimy buck.

It's the kid that messed around and got pregnant, she's the one who's going to have to deal with the fallout.  Palin is a brilliant politician, she's well-spoken, and she has a daughter that made a judgment error - same as Lynne Spears' daughter.  Nobody should ever fault the parent of a nearly adult child when they make their own poor choices.  I'm so sick of people blaming the parents for everything their kids do.  I got pregnant at age 20, but it was my own d**n fault - my parents didn't train me to have unprotected s*x.  They did stand behind me and give me love and support when I was going through a very difficult time, however, and I will always be grateful for that.  Now I have a 22 year old son that I raised to have good morals, and if when he chooses to step outside of what he was taught in my home, he knows I'll have questions about why he made poor choices.  I don't love him any less when he makes a mistake.

People need to start realizing that teenagers aren't people you can monitor 24 hours a day, and they are often very easily influenced by their peers, girlfriends and boyfriends...whether for the good or the worse.

I always think about it this way:  God is the perfect parent and yet we disobey him all the time.  Our disobedience and desire to do what WE want does not diminish His love for us or make Him less than perfect.  Of course, atheists won't agree with me, but that's their own issue and they are free to feel however they want - even if they're wrong.
