Why is Samuel always late for work and Yoel soo early?

Can't get my head around this Samuel is French and Yoel ... well I'm not sure. Could it be that the French need more sleep?

I bet one has kids and the other has not.

Kids are usually very helpful to get you out of bed early...often too early in the morning!
