Question:

Why is Sarah Palin so vilified?

Over the last 4 days the left has thrown everything at Gov. Palin imaginable, and some things completely imagined. First there was the story that her youngest son wasn’t really hers, it was her daughter’s. That didn’t fly. Then she used her position as Governor to get a state trooper fired. It turned out he was fired because he was making treats to the Palin family. Then she was citied for no being a baby factory and not a stay at home mom. Of course there is the brouhaha over Palin’s daughter being pregnant. This morning she was accused of being a member of an Alaskan sparest movement. By the time this is posted some will probably be posting pictures somewhere of the polar bear Palin shot and now uses as a rug in the Governors’ office.

The list goes on and on. It begs the question. Why does the liberal left hate Governor Palin so much?

  1. Conservatives have brought this on themselves.  They vilified every remotely connected to Obama and now the shoe is on the other food.  Stop crying.

  2. she villified herself period.

  3. well i think we know the answer to your question...it raises eyebrows on how Palin has received more probing and questioning in her first 4 days on the ticket than Obamas last year in the spotlight

  4. Liberals are afraid of her that's why.

  5. She is a real threat.  The are very vicious and very scared.

  6. because she is a threat to their power

  7. Because she is a Hypocrite.

  8. Because she is an extremist.  Sort of like Pat Robertson saying that Katrina happened because of the prostitutes and abortion doctors.

Palin is:  Anti-abortion for any reason.  She belongs to FFL which is anti-birth control...they believe that birth control is killing babies.  She is also anti-s*x education.  Her first 3 years in office (as mayor), she had a 83% turn over rate...she liked to micromanage...even telling the librarian what books to ban.  She also raised taxes 25% in her first three years as mayor...and you are worried about Obama raising taxes?

    Give me a break.

  9. Because she's a strong Republican woman.  I can't believe so called journalist Sally Quinn actually wrote an article saying she should be at home with her kids.  I was in shock.  Quinn wrote many articles praising liberal women who work and have children.  The media bias is out of control.

  10. Because she is a two faced liar?

  11. Right. Right. Right.

When McCain gets caught with his pants down, it's always THE LEFT whom hate him.

When Palin gets caught with having a lack of experience or a lack of commitment to conservative family 'values'--it's always THE LEFT who hate her too!

Isn't it nice to take things out of context and claim ignorance all at the same time?

  12. Because she doesn't where pantsuits.

  13. The media isn't liberal. They attack all politicians equally. Look what Hillary Clinton had to endure during her campaign. Both McCain and Obama get attacked as well.

The media are a bunch of pit bulls.

  14. Here's one very good reason. No decent mother would put her pregnant daughter on display just to further her career. NOW she's dragging the boyfriend into it to parade both of them in front of thewhole cuntry. That's jsut sick.

This goes beyond politics. How could ANY mother treat her children like that? Sarah Palin belongs under psychiatric care.

This is supposed to demonstrate "Republican family values?"

Not my family.  Not my kids.

  15. They saw how energized the right wing became when McCain chose her.  They're scared.

  16. Hypocrisy in her views about vital issues, such as abstinence-only education, birth control, privacy, and creationism.  By the way, the state trooper still has his job, and nothing "begs" a question.

  17. First, one of the things we need to get over in this country is this overgeneralization. You talk about "liberals" as if every person left of right is doing the things you've stated. Which first of all is not true.

Second, I would find the mud slinging to be across party lines. Have you read what has been said about Obama? It sounds like it's okay for one side but not the other.

Third, while I believe this a private family issue, it amazes me how hypocritical the right is on the issue of Palin. If Palin were a democrat with the list of things out, Hannity...Limbaugh...and the right wing bloggers would be having a field day with it.

Here's an idea...can we ever just respect the people from the other side and run only on issues? When the day is done we are one country...well, I thought so anyway.

  18. Because she was pulled in from far right field in a transparent attempt to capitalize on a lack of Hillary, when in truth she's the anti-Hillary and a complete and utter insult to intelligent female voters.

  19. so I'm guessing that all the attacks for months and months on Obama and a few jokes about Bidens hair were ok ?

  20. I really think they are scared.

  21. She is that close to being the first American female President and she isn't qualified.  Thats why.  Would you want to see her as Commander in chief.  I wouldn't and thats my opinion.  Everyone is entitled to theirs.
