Why is Saudi Arabia a no-go zone yet they can travel to wherever they like?

I've worked there and the hassle involved with getting visas from the embassy and letters of invite were unreal.

1. They bring women workers in say nurses, take them into thier court yard make them watch as they cut off a hand of a thief and tell you you are now under are law and have contracted to us and you live by our rules.

2. Theyand other countriesimport workers and convert them to islam.

3. You would be kidnapped and is still under hostile fire, so are several other nations as well only vital people are allowed to go we don't want to have to go ther to save one stupid American we have done it before but no more if they can help it.

4. It's the law go to uscis.gov and read the warnings yourself.

My biggest question about all of this is----- If the Sadaam Hussein "problem" was the "neighborhood bully" deal that it is turning out to look more and more like it was--- and he was the Saudi neighbor ---and far more of a threat to them than us--- why were we the ones fighting THEIR WAR while they sit and literally DO NOTHING--- not even any assistance with the finances involved in this thing ?????   Yet, they damned sure know how to pump up the prices at the pump ---- SO, we get the chance to go into record national debt fighting a war that is FAR more in THEIR best interests than ours--- for them-- and then turn around and PAY for that previledge a second time AT THE PUMP !!!!!   OUTRAGEOUS  !!!!!!!

If you hadn't worked it out yet, thats where Osama bin Laden is hiding out, after all he comes from a wealthy Saudi family. He's not in a cave, the cave is in his garden and he has some lovely views.

The Saudis are rich and control a massive amount of oil so the west has to toady up to them and back down when they get in a huff as evidenced by the recent british fraud investigations which ceased when the Saudis threatened to cancel their contracts with armament firms in UK. Yes we are as guilty as h**l with being in bed with the bad guys.

The Saudi leaders are not like Saddam but they rule with a rod of iron, however they have to keep the Mullahas sweet so there are many "opportunities" for terrrorists to blossom.

What have they and other arab countries done to broker peace in the Middle East? Tells a story doesn't it?
