Scotland play at home today against New Zealand in the French Rugby World Cup. France must have enough stadiums, it seems unfair for Scotland to have the home advantage. How did they get it??

  1. France doesn't have enough stadiums that satisfy all the rules and regulations required so the used the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff and Murrayfield in Edinburgh have been used.

I guess it is unfair that Scotland get a home advantage against the All Blacks but lets face it - it won't make much difference. Scotland will need all the help they can get!

  2. it's because they backed france in voting to host the wc2007 so france gave them some home games.

  3. The home advantage? What, against New Zealand? You could play the game anywhere and the results still going to be the same.

It's only a matter of how much damage limitation Scotland can manage to do while they're being beaten.

From a Scot who's currently watching the game and is well aware of how good the All Blacks are.

Incidentally, when it comes to the toss before the game, Scotland have only had the home dressing room twice. Technically they were the away team against Romania.

  4. I think it is an exchange because during the world cup in Britain in 1999, France hosted  matches of group  C

  5. Scotland need all the help they can get.
