Why is Sen. John McCain telling President Bush what to do about China & Russia in the Washington Post?

Isn't John McCain's "know it all" attitude disrespectful to President Bush? President Bush doesn't need to be told what to do by Senator John McCain. The Washington Post is an ethical paper, and I am assuming that the article I read is accurate about John McCain's statements concerning President Bush's diplomacy with China and Russia. Why doesn't McCain talk about his own plans instead of telling us what is wrong with Barack Obama and President Bush and what they should be doing?

McCain has been a thorn in 43s side since day one, where these Y/A buffoons  get McBush, or McSame is beyond me.

McCain is trying to differentiate himself from Bush and show his knowledge of foreign affairs.

Presumption, That is Obama's thing how dare McCain steal Obama's platform.

"President Bush is smart & wise enough" ?????

Although McCain is no foreign policy genius, I doubt he believes this!  That may be why he is offering advice.

I do agree that Condi is very smart, and has even been showing some good initiative lately, helping nudge Bush toward diplomacy and talking instead of just rattling sabers and threatening invasion.

They do differ, I am a extreme Republican and I do believe McCain is the most qualified person in the world to be commander and chief!  Even over Bush!

Obama is telling Generals that their opinions about the war don't matter.
