  1. That's weird...You're right that it's not on Amazon, and I couldn't find it at several other online retailers either. And yet, I just got it from Netflix two days ago.

    My guess is that the studio cut some sort of exclusivity deal to only sell it at certain outlets.

  3. That is a good question. I have no idea, but I am getting it Friday through Netflix. You should contact them and see what is up.
