Question:

Why is Sydney not building more light rail routes?

If buses are clearly overcrowded, and the roads can't handle the increased frequency of more buses, why does the NSW Minister for Transport still continue saying that Sydney's transport future will rely on buses? The evidence that Sydney needs light rail couldn't be smacking him in the face any harder. Any thoughts?

  1. I agree with your thoughts.  I think the government should build an underground tube like London.

  2. I would suspect it may have a lot to do with budget.
