Why is the tattoo on undertakers neck not on any wwe pics.

The one that says Sara.

Well, he and Sara are in the midst of a divorce.  He is dating Michelle McCool, and therefore has no desire to have sara's name on him at all, let alone posters.  He appears to be having it removed little by little.

Keep in mind that what I am saying is not confirmed, and is pure theory and speculation.

It's probably because the two are not a couple anymore, and Sara may have sued to get her name and personality out of the WWE.
