Why is Virgin Mobile charging me 2 cents for "Xtras" several times a day?

I haven't figured out all the charges on my Virgin Mobile phone yet. One of them is "Xtras" - what is that? 2 cents isn't much but it adds up.

The only thing I can think of is you are using their Virgin Extras program on your phone. In your phone their should be a section for Sports, Music, Going Out, Travel, Shopping, Organizer, Fun, etc.. which is similar to the Verizon "Get It Now" section (also called V Cast) which can do multiple things, for example:

1. Send text messages to your with sports update

2. Get text alerts when a store is running a shopping discount

3. View movie critics, reviews.

4. Listen to Virgin radio on your phone (if compatible)

If this is way far off I would just contact their customer service.
