depends on what information you are referring to.when you join a yahoo group,there is a personal profile you fill out.anything you write down will be seen by the public.name,age ,cit,all that.go back to the profile and delete the information.just go by a nickname.

yahoo doesn't generally post personal info- sometimes people add personal info to their profiles, or people have mail signatures that include it.

you need to be more specific- yahoo doesn't post personal info to groups of people- where are you seeing this?
