I wouldn't call that crazy. I would call that a lack of proper adult supervision.

An 11 year old is not old enough to be considered crazy for having a child. That is a result of a bad culture and bad environment.

wow thats pretty young to be having a child...but that type of stuff is going on these days...its almost pretty normal now.

It has nothing to do with the 11 year old being crazy.  It has everything to do with where this 11 year old's parents are.
