Why is a Hide & Perch box not suitable for feral or semiferal cats?

A Hide & Perch Box is a box used to promote positive behaviors in shelter cats. It allows for more control over their environment such as exposure to the public, different views, their own scent. It also promotes rubbing behavior, perching, climbing.

Hi there... it could be useful for feral//semi-feral cats, however if more than one uses it may be not be effective since it is cross-scenting.
