Why is alcohol a risk factor?

  1. Alcohol if taken more than 60 ml on a daily basis, is a risk factor. it affects your Liver the most, it damages your liver and it can malfunction. It also results in High BP and damage to the heart muscles


  2. if it is too much , yes .this  will  give  you  a  big  damage  to  your  liver.

  3. many people die of poisining, many more hit by drunk driver,miss work, broken families, dependency....and list goes on.

  4. Outside of dependancy, it'll make you fat.  

    That will hurt everything.

    The biggest risk factor is driving drunk, fighting drunk, and doing the nasty drunk.  All three can end in death.

    So make like Jesus.  Drink for your health and for the taste, but stay sober.
