  1. it is for the dynamics of the bike to pass through air easier but not to go faster...the seat is raised high just to cause less drag on the riders leaning forward so you get better gas miles. for thoes who say its to go faster. that makes no sense. when is the last time you seen a passanger on the back of a bike on a racing track?... its not to go faster besause your not to be speeding while riding on motorcycles!

  2. If you're talking about GP machines? it's to help with the air flo over the rider.

  3. so the rider on the back can see where they are going. Also, if the driver slams on the brakes, the one on the back won't break their nose by hitting the driver in the back of the head.

  4. Aero dymanics have you seen the cars in these days

  5. Good looking Design

    .....................v

  6. bull **** aero dynamic design.....my foot

    its purely for style

if you see  high performance bikes on race tracks...there wont be any seat...and the byk will be level(flat)

    old bykes have flat seats

  7. try asking non racing related questions in the correct forum.....

    THANKS!!!

  8. so the rider on the back can see where they are going. Also, if the driver slams on the brakes, the one on the back won't break their nose by hitting the driver in the back of the head.

But only sports bike has this no other local bikes does.

This is also due to the sleek aerodynamic  design of sports bikes to go faster!!!!!

    Its all in the design!!!!!!!!!!

  9. n does it matter why they asked it here??  they can ask what the h**l they like!! they maybe thought that the ppl tht look at this bit will no better than the transport part!! so tht they can see where they are going and so the bike is streamlined!! it makes the air move over them easier and so they can go tht little bit faster!!

  10. This is not a racing question.

Please ask this in the Transport section under Motorcycles.
