both my dad and my mum were born in Brazil along with the rest of my family. i was born in England and have a quite dark skin complexion. people seem to say things like were you sealed in a box?, go back to your own country, or p**i. y is it tht people just can't except you

honestly?

because people, [not saying you] come to my country, speaking spanish, then act like we should know what you are saying. Only they don't realize english is the US's national language, one vote ahead of making us speak german as a language. Then they think they own the place, when really they don't.

well.. once again the British general public in all their shinning glory, I really don't understand how we became famous for being polite!!! people say these things because firstly they are ignorant and secondly because its a bit like being afraid of  the dark its a fear of the unknown and its just a really cruel way of expressing it.

Also the way i see it, is that if they trace their family tree back a few generations they will discover they are probably not completely British anyway, its incredibly rare nowadays.
