Why is appealing about make-up s*x to a guy?

Me and the boyfriend got into a huge arguement last night. We ended up making up and talking about our issue at hand, which was great. But afterwards he wanted to "make-up", and of course, I did too. So we had s*x after resolving our issues. Then when we woke up this morning we did it again!! It was so nice because we cuddled for a long time after both times. We were going through a spat where we didn't have s*x for a while, but for some reason fighting and making up seemed to spark his s*x drive! I don't get it. Is this a way that makes a man feel connected to his partner again, or something, after a arguement?

When you argue, passions get very heated.  the worse the argument, the more passions.  You only argue like this with someone you love, because otherwise you would just leave instead of hangin in there.  When the anger finally breaks, the passion stays, and the make-up s*x can be fantastic!  Not recommended as a normal kind of foreplay. . .

For me, I like to know that we are good again and s*x is a great way to show that.  There is something about being apart, literally or during a fight that makes the homecoming special.  It is a closeness that he needs to know that your still open and have forgiven.  Nothing says I love you like a good s***w!
