If you have a little bit of blood in your ejaculate, but it goes away and does not reappear, you should not be too concerned.  You just popped a blood vessel in the sac inside you body that holds the ejaculate.

However, if it does not go away, then you need to go see a Doctor without delay.  Try masturbating again after a couple of days (as gently as you can but making sure you ejaculate) and examine if it is OK.  If is it, keep examining it for any reappearance.
