He doesn't get recognition or publicity because he's a 'horrorcore' rapper. His lyrics and songs are too dark for the mainstream.

I like him.

But I'm pretty sure he's never recorded a song that didn't include the line: "n---a nuts and baby guts" though.

He's always talking about eating flesh and stuff. It's funny for awhile and then you kind of start to think he might actually be serious about it and you're not so sure if you should be listening to him.
