Why is cardio vascular excercise so hard for me?

it seems lifting weights is easy for me,but running is hard...

  1. circuit training allows for cardio while using resistance

    and a fast paced walk will suffice in lieu of running

    much easier on your joints


  2. well your body has to get used to the running first. it is always going to be hard when you start. with more practice it will get better,trust me i know. but until then run in a pace you feel comfortable but not too comfortable. so be a little patient with it. good luck.

  3. running isn't gonna be easy unless you run a lot.

  4. maybe you should start easy and work your way up for more cardio time
