  1. -It has takes more calories to chew it than itself.

    -Has lots of water.

    -High in nutrients.

  2. it gives you strong bones and teeth

    oh wait thats milk nevermind

  3. well it has so little calories, that you actually burn more calories than you consume while eating it through the chewing action.

  4. The celery helps keep your blood pressure down!  It also helps with upset stomach at least for me!

  5. It is said to have "negative" calories (though I don't buy it), meaning the actual celery contains fewer calories than your body burns by digesting it. Even if this is true, it can't be healthy to try to lose weight by eating only celery. Still, celery is a good snack for dieters. It is fat and cholesterol free, and very low in calories. It is loaded with fiber, which is good for you in general (keeps you regular). It's also a source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Potassium and Manganese. Lots of goodies, so eat up :-)

  6. Celery contains virtually no calories, so that the actual eating and digesting process, burns more calories than you would have eaten in the first place.

  7. its a vegtable!!!!
