Citycell is the oldest telco in Bangladesh, the only CDMA operator. Yet it is featuring nowhere near GP, Aktel, Warid Telecom or banglalink. So whats wrong with this company? Citycell has the strongest parent (Singtel). Further all Singtels subsidiaries are giant in their own teritories look at Bharti, Telcomsel, Warid (Pakistan), Optus or Globe. And why is Singtel completely silent about their Bangladesh operation?
