Why is coke/pepsi bad for you?

i know thers stuff in coke that isnt good for you but whats in it that isnt healthy ?

  1. it gives you cellulite!

It is VERY high in both sugar and salt.  Also, there are chemicals added for flavoring etc., and caffeine which is bad for you, particularly in high doses.  I do know that from personal experience I gained 10 lbs in a month when the only thing I was doing differently was drinking a couple Cokes a day!  That's most likely due to the high sodium content.

  3. 1) Diet coke and diet pepsi, or any other diet softdrinks contain a chemical known as asapartame, which has been linked to causing brain tumours in children.

    2) Non diet colas - Sugar. Way too much. Not only will it increase ur risk for diabetes but it will make you gain weight putting extra strain on your bodies daily functions.

    3)Cola also contains ethylene glycol, which is a slow poison. While it wont kill you in small quantities, it makes ur body have to work harder to protect itself putting strain on your liver and kidneys.

    4) Highly acidic. Eats away teeth and bones.

  4. High Fructose Corn Syrup is quite harmful among other things.

  5. Its not bad for me I like them fine....Things go better with Coke!

  13. First of all, they are acidic and they erode away at your stomach. The sugar bloats your belly and there is absolutly nothing healthy about them. Their natural color is green but they are dyed black so you will like them. The dye in them will change the color of your liver to black if you drink them a lot. So try to consume 8 cups of water a day and you'll be just fine!
