  1. Its simply a violation of another countries sovereignty. I don't think colombias raid into ecuador could be covered under 2(7) in the UN charter.


  2. because this was a unprovoked invasion of a country.

    nevermind that peru,equador and venezuela  giving refuge to these criminals plus allowing cocaine  labs inside theyr country all these s.-american  nation are corrupt to the tilt and

    uribe is perhaps the only president  of colombia  which ever try to fight  these  murderes and drug dealers

  3. Because it's illegal for the military of one country to enter the territory of another country without their consent.  It's generally considered an act of war.
