Hello? Because they have had the same party running the country for over 50 years. Take a look at how all of the politicians and people with wealth are white, Anglo European Spanish looking, while 100% of the poor Mexican population consists of those people  with dark skin and an Indian back ground. It is a case of severe racism, which the liberal in this country have chosen to ignore.  Aftra doesn't help average Americans, it helps big business and the government of Mexico, however, it also helps the poor Mexicans by giving them work that otherwise they would not have unless they snuck into the United States.
