because ebay doesn't give a S***e, as long as they make their money.

their recent rule change eliminates money orders and checks, effectively icing out 30% of all people using the web. Now with paypal (and other more expensive services) as the only means of payment, they are going to rape the sellers good. paypal charges 5% of the fee, ebay charges to list, plus 9% of the final selling price.

all I can say is sell your ebay paypal stock, this ain't gonna be pretty.
