Question:

Why is everybody starting to spell "lose" wrong?

Everybody writes "loose", however, "loose" is an adjective meaning "not tight". The verb "lose" however is not spelled "loose" (even though "loose" can also be a verb). It's incredible how much I see it these days. It's really irritating.
