Wait a second.  'Lynch' is a very poor choice of words and it riles the black folks.  She didn't know that but she knows it now.  Also Tiger did squash it in that it came off as no big deal from his camp and the matter is closed.  With idiots like Sharpton and the Right Reverend Jackson out in space Tiger could have extracted ten pounds of flesh from her but he took the high road.

The network had to take some action and a two week suspension is not a big deal.  Move on.

tiger left her alone this time for a harmless remark..its better than last time when he let fuzzy zoeller twist in the wind for two weeks after his chicken and collard greens comment..when is charles barkley going to serve his suspensions?  ps, the only damage that discrimination does to society is when there is no damage or intent at all to discriminate... let it go people!!!!

It was a poor choice of words, especially on national TV, but evidently, there was no ill-intent behind the words. I think she was trying to say "mug" or something.

I'm glad the Golf Channel only caved slightly to the pressure and decided to suspend her for only 2 weeks.

I guess incidents like these (Don Imus and his nappy-headed hoes comment, Orlando Jones and his 7aggot comment etc) only goes to show everyone how damaging discrimination of all kinds can be to a society.

BTW, I think the only way Tiger can be beat on the tour right now is if someone DID lynch him in an alley somewhere!!!=)
