Why is everyone selling their HTC Mogul on Ebay and Graigslist for $100-150 bucks?

Are they that old, do they have problems or does HTC have a new phone coming...is it worth getting at this point, and which is better the Mogul or Touch?

i have a mogul and i love it i suspect that everyone is selling them cuz sprint has 2 new pdas coming very soon one being the samsung instint and the other being the blackberry curve i myself am thinking about switching over to the curve but the instinct is like the iphone for sprint so that is probly why

HTC are releasing a couple of new units, but the main drawback of the Mogul/PPC6800/XV6800 is the 64MB memory.

Unfortunately, the memory is not upgradeable in the device and too many manufacturers including ETEN, i-mate and Mwg are releasing devices with at least 128mb memory
