  1. Its because they finished #2 last year  and because they have what is supposed to be a great QB (although he really hasn't shown it) and because of Knowshaun Moreno at RB.

In my opinion, they are over rated. I also see UF as a much better team and don't be surprised if Tennessee surpasses them as well.

  2. hahaha. Georgia was one of the best teams last year. They analy raped Boise State last year. And this yearthey have 17 returning starters. Yes 17. Ohio State is ranked #2 and their returning starters are only in the single digits. I am a Scalet Knight fan and loosing Ray Rice killed us so i really am not taking any sides. But FLorida is not that good. Third down = failure. Tim Tebow can not throw for ****. Last yearthey had a solid recieving core and he could not do ****. His running game makes up for it but when you are facing the best linebacker core since ohio states carpenter and hawk you can not run like you use to. The bulldogs would hold Tebow to sub-30 rushing yards.

  3. Well, everyone is so hype on Georgia because of what they did to that "Amazing" Hawaii team last year. With Moreno in the backfield and returning 16 other starters, they're ready this year. If they can get by their two tough road games in the Bayou and at Auburn, they have a chance to go to the BCS championship game.

  4. Didn't Florida fans learn anything in 2006? Defense wins championships, and they don't have one. You can't out score everyone, that's why they lost 4 times last season, and I see them improving this year, but still losing 2 with their schedule. I am not sold on Georgia, either. I think it's going to be a great season to watch SEC, with a lot of really good teams, but no great ones. And you need to be great to go through the SEC with only one loss. It isn't going to be like last year when a 2 loss team gets in. Any other season, and LSU fans would have been sitting at home bitching about how bad they got screwed because of injury.

  5. Gators are OK but Tebow is overrated

not saying he isn't a great player, but his stats are inflated 2 fold

    Georgia<gators

  6. I agree with you that Florida has the talent to be awesome this year.  i am picking them as my darkhorse.  I give Georgia the edge, because they get to play Florida at home this year on their schedule.  With a heads up win against Florida, Georgia will win the division and go to the SEC game.  The winner of that will play the okies in the BCS NC game.

  7. i agree. i do think teebow is overated tho. he shud not have won the heaisman it shud have been d mac cuz florida had guys around him to make him good and d mac didnt his team all but suxd without him.

  8. I'm not hyped on Georgia but than again I am on crack

  9. I think Florida will be really good but Georgia should be better. They've got lots of returning starters from an 11-2 team that finished second, they're running game should be dynamic, and many people don't realize how good of a quarterback they have. As for Florida I agree that Tebow is good but is probably overated. Also when your leading rushers are a quarterback and a receiver you know you've got trouble with your running game.

  10. Who cares about Georgia or Flordia. I wouldn't be suprised if KU isnt in the in the championship!

  12. That's a very good question.

  13. Georgia is going to have a really dangerous running game that is why there are hyped so much. As for the Gators, Tim Tebow is the most overrated QB in college and will fail in the NFL as a QB. His release of the ball is too slow for the NFL. If he does go in to the NFL as a QB what ever team will have a crappy QB on their hands. IE: SEE TITANS WITH VINCE YOUNG.
