Why is everyone so shocked that Scott McClellan admits the Iraq War is a hoax?

Haven't most Americans known all along that the White House, Congress, and the Pentagon have been feeding us nothing but lies? The entire war on terror is a hoax, and most Americans have known that now for years. Why the big surprise over the book?

Wasn't no suprise to me. Those who are shocked are just embarassed because their getting caught with their pants down. - So many people have died over this ... So many have resigned from The Bush Administration because THEY knew ... after the fact. Colon Powell, for example. Mr. Powell has integrity. We were all subjected to brainwashing ... I say we start waterboarding the Liars!

It's the cable news media that has their panties in a bunch over this!  They look like schills for the war because they 'bought' the lies and death from the Bush crime family. Now ,as the truth comes out,they scream in pain!  

What do you think would happen if everyone found out that cable news was totally controlled by the war machine?  That's what they're afraid of!  Their reaction reminds me of when a small child is accused of lying. The kid gets all mad and snarky,denying the truth!  Same thing here!

Nowhere in the book does it say the war is a hoax.  It is not a hoax, it is very real.

So true. The funny thing though was how the White House reacted, like "oooooo Scott is just a bit moody and frustrated because everyone thought he was stupid" or something like that.

Like in some nursery school, really embarassing for grown up people.

Yes they have. We have known almost all of this long before Scott McClellan. What Scott does is verify from the innards of the Bush administration what we knew. It is also who we suspected who leaked Valerie Plames name and Cheney should be impeached and thrown out, I don't care if it is for 2 days as long as they impeach the liar!

1. everyone is a 'Monday morning quarterback'  regarding the war in Iraq.

2. If McClellan had any misgivings about the war in Iraq, why did he wait to say something about it when he got a book deal? Why didn't he say anything when it was his JOB to say something?
