  1. The law requires that all TV broadcasts be digital (not necessarily HD) by Feb 17, 2009.  Many people who don't have TVs capable of receiving digital signals are doing a double upgrade - going digital and HD at the same time.


  2. Because is a better graphics picture videos and the regular SD TV is no longer to do and it's not a little bit of clear picture.
