Why is everything in spanish on my ipod?

I have no songs on my ipod right now and for some reason all of the words on it are in spanish and I have no idea why, it's been like that since I got it which was months ago

Somehow, the language settings probably just got bumped. Hit Menu until you get back to the first page on your iPod. Scroll down until you find "Ajustes" (settings). Then scroll down until you find "Idioma" (language). Then scroll up until you find English.
