Why is ex-boyfriend appearing in my dreams?

since my ex broke up with me last september i have had a few dreams with my ex boyfriend in them, and usually they involve us kissing. i just had a dream like that tonight . i woke up feeling terrified and sick to my stomach because i have been dating my new boyfriend for almost seven months and i love him very much. i do see my ex, but very rarely.

why is this happening? should i worry about it?

Because inside even though you may deny it you *might* still care about him and your mind associates things with him, and your subconciousness allways thinks of those who you try to forget.

My best friend actually had a dream like this last night, and for the past week or so, ever since I put a picture of her and her ex next to her dream catcher above her bed. (Coincidence... I think not!)

While it may mean that you miss your ex, it could just mean that you miss what the two of you had, or certain things about the relationship.
