Is cheaper because we're one of the main world producers, it's subsidized by the government and because the oil industry is state owned -even before Chavez- they don't tax it. We don't produce ethanol in Venezuela, we import it from Brazil to use it as additive for unleaded gas; we still use a lot of leaded gas.
