Why is giovani dos santos not playing tottenhams' game vs Celtic???

I was looking forward to watching giovanis dos santos play for tottenham today(right now) but according to tottenham's official website he's not even in the bench? does anyone know why he's not playing?

b/c he sux, just like he did at Barca, he will be back in the Mexican league next year, unless he gets lucky and an MLS team takes a chance on him.

Well the coach has been giving him rest. In the last game he only played 30 mins and changed the whole offensive side of the team, in a posotive way of course.
