  1. Why is this question such a rubbish question?

If you can call it a question.

  2. As for any sport its not for everyone.

Myself included give me an enduro bike any day...no contest....

  3. Because it was invented by men who wear skirts.

  4. It is a 'sport' for peple who can't play real sport and/or use it for social and/or business networking - everyone that I work with who has an excessively long tongue, plays golf. The tongue is normally firmly embedded in their bosses ar*e. To the rest of us, golf is a good walk spoiled.

  5. because itsssss boringggggggggg

  6. I disagree with your question.  I find that golf is a very fun and relaxing.  I do not enjoy watching golf on tv, but I do like to play it.  If you don't like it, than you can just go to h**l!!

  7. Q: Why is golf such a rubbish sport?

A: To keep people like you from playing.

    - if you can even call it a sport

    - It's the Game of Golf, not the Sport of Golf.

You might enjoy curling or jarts. Have fun!

  8. Sez you.!!!!

  9. Take it you can't play it then.

  10. Obviously you can't play the gentleman's sport.

  11. Did the poor wittle baby lose his rattle?

  12. because it's not football!

  13. Why are you such a lame brain?

  14. is not all sport ''rubbish'' by personal definition? but then also on the other hand is not all sport, or a sport the best? it is what you like, think or feel about it yourself?

  15. You're question is rubbish, but thanks for the 2 points.

  16. Why is your grammar so poor. "Rubbish" is a noun, not an adjective. And golf IS a sport, like it or not.

  17. It Aint Kid

  18. clearly you dont play. my guess would be you are a football fan? difference between football and golf football is played by losers who dont belive the rules apply to them. Golf is played by winners who play by the rules

Golf is a mental physical and emotional challenge combining physical control, the correct application of power and you have to be aware of your limits as a person both physically and mentally to be a winner.

  19. Synopsis of Golf:  Putting a minute object into an obscure hole with totally inadequate weapons. (LOL)

My mechanic printed this on the back of his biz cards...he was a golf fanatic!!!

I haven't had much experience with the "game", but I do know that those who play, whether well or not, enjoy the time about the greens...There's definately fun in smacking a bucket of balls at the range--excellent anger management potential, and my two boys (20's) love to ba-ha in the carts while playing with their friends (better than being on the streets, yes???)  There's also a great spin-off--putting frisbees into baskets on much the same green set up.

Hey, it's about getting outdoors, making vitamin D for the bod, quality time with buddies, cooler on the cart, and doing  something fairly impossible with as much finesse as possible...alot like a huge pool table, but instead of raised lint & uneven table, you have grass & knolls...instead of a wall at your back, you have trees at your front...same end--get ball into hole, right???

And if you get really good at it...you get to join elite clubs, have your caddy mix up cosmopolitans while you cruise to the next hole, get sponsored with shiny clubs & cute polo shirts, and travel to elaborate green fields all over the world...plus I see the pay isn't too shabby...better than bowlers or baseballers, somewhat in line with tennis players, but not even close to footballers or basketballers...

Oh, the things men have invented to do with their balls!!!

    Hee Hee Hee!!!

  20. please tell Tezz to come back home and take his medication

  21. I don't understand your question

  22. Because it attracts millions of fans yearly and they flock to see their favorite players who usually dont make a mess with the hot dog wrappers coke cups and other trash. But as in any large crowd situations trash and rubbish is left behind when they go home. Thats why they hire people like you to go out and sweep up the mess.
