Why is he all interested one day, then the next he can just not contact me?

My guy friend...a couple days, he'll want me to come over, talk to me on the phone, text me randomly (a lot)...but then the next couple days he does not talk to me at all. Then it repeats. Why is this?

maybe he is just busy... you never know what they can be up to in their spare time. Just don't text him constantly otherwise he may think your desperate

It could be that he is a moody person. Or he isn't sure of what he wants. Also, he could be using substances that effects his mood. Make sure you speak to him about it and don't allow him to turn you off and on like a light switch. You have feelings.

Does he seem to (or do you) want to be more than friends?  I had a girl (just) friend who did the same thing.  I might have thought about dating her, but I just couldn't figure out if she ever thought about it too.  I would call her all the time, then wonder why I did all the calling.  Then I waited for her to call back...just to see how long it took.  Then again, if he's actually a shallow guy, he could think of you as a 'back up', in which case he's really not your friend at all...

Buy the book called " hes not that in to you". Guys are ******* sometimes and while they talk to you, they talk to other girls. Ignore him and do the same thing he does to you. Maymbe he will know what it feels like. Go out with your friends and dress pretty and stuff, and act like hes no big deal. It always works...trust me..

b/c you are playing into his games. the next time he contacts you, DO NOT contact him back AT ALL. when he finally gets the point that you aren't like other girls you tell him that he is playing games and you dont have time for that and tell him whenever he figures out that he is done playing games to call you. other than that you want nothing to do with playing games...GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS

i think that he really likes you ... but like you was saying somedays he texts you a lot, call u... and other days is the opposite probably he feels u dont show u care when he does all these things and he thinks he should just stop for a while i think you should let him know wat chu have notice and talk to him about it is the best way..

he just htinks of u as a friend i guess i mean maybe he has 2 do stuff or is thinking of something. Maybe he just likes talking 2 u try not 2 read 2 deep into this cuz its probably not worth your time.
