Why is he doing that?

my Bf teases me all the time.It is ok but some times i don't like the things he says.If we talk about somebody (a man),he will say things like ''this guy looks good,do you want to be with him'' or he will make comments about other women.sometimes he asks me if some other guys want me.I asked him why he says that.He answered that he don't know why he can not talk about that kind of things with me.

I agree pretty much with what groovykarma wrote.

It's called 'testing' ~ testing you because he feels insecure in himself and in his feelings and about how you feel towards him and men / women in general.

And, as for his answer > he don't know why he can not talk about that kind of things with me. < !!  Well, he already is 'talking with you about things like THAT' because he has opened his mouth and voiced them, and you're the STAR witness to it too.

Do NOT buy his cop-out with that statement.  He's pushing / testing you for some reason, and it would be a good idea to not let him get away with it because, if your relationship is to progress, then it really won't without the 'thing' inside of him being there.

Of its own accord, it isn't going to go anywhere, it is not going to move out.

He is insecure. He can not feel secure in a relationship until he matures and feels secure in himself. He is a needy person who needs constant affirmation that he is the one you want. If you really care about this person and you want to continue in the relationship; you need to say " If I wanted to be with him; I would be. So quit testing

my feelings for you." Don't say it mean; say it matter-of-factly. Or you can say; "Oh, please, give me a break... I'm with you because I want to be with you. Don't do me a favor by picking out guys for me; you are not my brother!" Again, don't say it mean. Tell him to quit testing you or ignore him all together.  He is obviously young and insecure and as he gets older he should feel more secure. If you want to create a monster you could constantly find things to praise about him. That will build his self esteem; but be careful. He could get a big head.

He just want to hear you say "you are the best for me", "i just want to be with you" etc...people like that get on your nerves....
