Why is heroin legal in Norway and not in Finland. It pisses me off.

  1. Some countries use/used to use heroin for medicinal purposes, to help patients with certain diseases/etc. In terms of a commercial drug (i.e. one that anyone can buy and use freely), it is illegal in both countries.

    You're looking at hard time if you try to deal in any. Unless of course you're Amy Winehouse.
