because OUR taxes go to them, and they don't pay anything back because they don't pay taxes.

they say they do, but EVERYONE has to pay taxes in a grocery story, gas stations, etc.

but they don't have taxes taken out of their checks

My fellow shadow took the list I was going to use. All of those numbers are correct.

The only thing that list doesn't have is that they take OUR jobs, so legal residents don't even get jobs.

Simple, they don't have health insurance, drains the local economy because of that, and their low income, puts them on food stamps and welfare. It cost about $9,000.00 per year per person in our state, just to cover the costs they bring to the county.

Also, 45% of the illegals we pick up have a record and ICE gets to send them back south. Unlike Sanctuary Cities, we believe a criminal is a criminal, no matter who they are. If they are illegal, we let the feds deal with it. We already have way to many in our Prison we cant get rid of.

1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year.

2. $2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.

3. $2.5 Billion dollars a year is spent on Medicaid for illegal aliens.

4. $12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they cannot speak a word of English!

5. $17 Billion dollars a year is spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.

I think it mostly has to do with taxes.

It would be best if every worker payed taxes otherwise the country loses money. Also, illegal immigrants can be payed less since they aren't protected as citizens. This makes it harder for citizens to get these jobs for decent wages because why pay a citizen when you can pay an illegal less? It's not the best situation for the illegal immigrant either, they are very susceptible to exploitation.

If something happens to the illegal immigrant like a car accident or they need to go to the hospital for whatever reason, it is the citizen/the community that pays the price.

It is wrong because illegal aliens are how one american screws another american.

think about it, an american, Bob, wants his house painted, so he calls a couple of american painting contractors for estimates, then he runs into jose at home depot who says he'll paint the house for 50% of the americans' price.  so Bob thinks this is great, and instead of hiring the american painter, the one whose family has been here for generations, paying the taxes, fighting the wars, the american painter who lives in Bob's neighborhood, with a mortgage and kids in school, the american who built and loves this country, instead Bob hires jose the illegal alien "painter", who sneaked into this country last week with nothing but the clothes on his back, the illegal alien who doesn't care anything about this country except how much money he can take out of it, the illegal alien who doesn't pay taxes but makes americans pay to educate his kids. good luck Bob, and I hope one day you have some illegal alien steal your business too!
