Such as I in my younger years was a size 3 still my mother tells me not to wear short skirts it makes my knees look fat. Now I am quite a bit older had 3 children and am a size 14. But still all the critisisms stick with wheather I want to believe them or not.

  1. she see's u as an extension of her self

  2. I know what you mean , my mom tells my sister that she has a flat butt and that i am getting fat , surprisingly that its true , but what they dont know is that being your daughter doesnt mean being perfect . Sometimes they want their daughters to be or to do what they couldnt be and criticizing us is a way of criticizing themselves . They could be harsh becuase they can think that being nice wont help but i know better than listen to her and agree. In the back of my mind i understand where shes is coming from , accept it and then just let it go , once you create a barrier no negativity can get to you . If you react in a negative way too then that means you are agreeging in a very subtle way while wanting to throw it back to your mother.

Every morning i have learned to visualize a blue shield of protection around me , when you feel that something negative have been thrown at you dont even listen because they are senseless words , illusions of the ego wanting to prove irrelevant things , theres an infinite peace and acceptation behind all that drama and chaos , when you feel tired of her negative just say : CANCEL AND RELEASE , meaning you cancel this negativity out and release outside of yourself , trust me dear it works for me !

  3. some mothers do not accept the fact that her daughter is more beautiful than they had been in the past... it's jealousy and it's really cruel!

Or maybe they are protective and don't want their daughters to hang around strange people... so no strange appearance! Maybe also that they are afraid that their daughter can attract people to hurt them...

    hope it helped
