your ovens too hot!  drizzle with a little olive oil before you put them in a pre heated oven, then serve with garlic mayo!! unless youve fallen asleep after pub!!

You need to get yourself one of those digital battery operated kitchen timers, oven chips usually take about 30 minutes, so set for 15 minutes, turn them over then reset timer and cook for another 15 minutes, or whatever it says on the packet.

I think the clue is in your question, it's the word "pub". It could have something to do with it.
