  1. i never heard that my aunt excersises in the mornimg and at night

  2. It's not bad, just might make it harder to fall asleep.

  3. No its not bad to exercise at night, as long as you do a cool down exercise to slowly bring your heartrate down.

i exercise at night as it relaxes me, as for most people though, it does the opposite, they cant sleep after working out.

    whatever works for you.

  4. the one thing bad for me to workout at night is that i can't sleep because i have to much energy, but if it's the only time i can workout then i do it anyways. i heard it's not bad to workout at night.

  5. its not bad for ur heart but it does keep u awake longer and it could lead to burnout if u are working out every night and not sleeping as much or as soundly as u should

it doesnt influence ur heart...exercise is good for ur heart but exercising at night is bad for ur sleep pattern

  6. Generally people are a little tired from a days work. If they are not careful  and not paying enough attention this may cause injury.

However, I have run at night for the last 6 years and I have been told that my heart is in great condition. Any exercise is good exercise, just make sure you are fully alert to what you are doing, and prepare to stay up a little longer than you usually do some nights.

  7. Any exercise is always better than nothing. People are discouraged from working out at night because it can make it hard to fall asleep. It also means that you aren't burning the most you can burn (exercising before breakfast can burn up to 60% more calories).

But hey, if you're doing it, DO IT.
